Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to process and deliver every order safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Malaysia:
West Malaysia: 2–4 business days
East Malaysia: 5–7 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

 

Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt or failure to collect the parcel.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and provide your order number, photographs or an unedited unpacking video.
